Are your products really natural?
Yes, all our treatments are formulated with ingredients of natural origin, without parabens, silicones, or endocrine disruptors. Our formulas were created in a Belgian laboratory specializing in the development of natural treatments.
Are your products tested on animals?
Never. Our products are 100% cruelty-free. The Belgian laboratory Copaïba is accredited as “not tested on animals.”
Are your products made in Belgium?
Yes! Our treatments are designed, formulated, and manufactured in Belgium. This allows us to reduce our carbon footprint and support the local economy.
Do you offer fragrance-free products?
Absolutely, our products are fragrance-free but retain the natural scent of Artemisia, which is the main ingredient.
What routine do you recommend for acne-prone skin?
We recommend a 2-step routine:
apply Misia Purifying Lotion (01) in the morning and/or evening using a cotton pad, without rinsing, then apply Misia Balancing Cream (02).
Is your packaging eco-responsible?
Yes. For the parcels, we use recyclable cardboard boxes and eco-friendly packing chips (made from plant-based materials), which are 100% biodegradable.
For the bottles, we use materials such as R-PET (recycled and recyclable plastic). We chose plastic because our range is mainly aimed at teenagers, and we wanted our packaging to remain practical for everyday use, travel, and more. However, we are particularly committed to ensuring that this plastic is recycled and recyclable.
Are your products suitable for teenagers?
Yes! Our range is dedicated to teenagers, as well as adults with oily and blemish-prone skin.
Can I return a product if it doesn't suit me?
Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind, as long as the product is unused and unopened. See our Returns & Refunds page for more information.

How do I know if my order has been taken into account?
As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail if you can’t find it.
What are the processing times?
We prepare and ship orders within 48 business hours. Delivery times then depend on the carrier chosen (see our Delivery & Returns page).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, we unfortunately cannot guarantee its modification or cancellation. If you have made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@misia-skincare.be, and we will see what can be done before shipping.
I haven't received my order, what should I do?
First, check your package tracking using the link you received by email. If you notice any delays or blockages, please contact us at info@misia-skincare.be so we can investigate with the carrier.

What payment methods are accepted?
Our store accepts major secure payment methods through Shopify, including:

Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through the Shopify platform, which uses advanced security protocols (SSL, data encryption) to ensure the confidentiality of your banking information. We never have access to your card details.
When will I be charged?
Payment is automatically debited when your order is validated.
My payment was declined, what should I do?
If your payment is declined, here are some tips:
- Check that your card information is correct
- Make sure your payment limit has not been exceeded
- Try another payment method
If the problem persists, contact your bank or our customer service.
Can I receive an invoice?
Yes, an order confirmation that also serves as an invoice is automatically sent to you by email after your purchase.
How to use a promo code?
On the shopping cart page, when finalizing your order, you’ll find a box below the list of natural cosmetic products you’ve selected, titled “Promo Code.”

Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it, in accordance with current legislation. Bottles with dosing pumps must not have been activated under any circumstances.
What are the conditions for returning an item?
Returned products must:
- Be in their original packaging
- Not have been opened
- Not have been used (bottles with dosing pumps must not have been operated under any circumstances)
Any product that has been opened, used, or damaged will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.
Am I responsible for return shipping costs?
Yes, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to avoid any loss during transport.
How to make a return?
Contact our customer service at info@misia-skincare.be to report your return request.
Once the request has been validated, you can return the product to Misia Skincare, 171 rue de Barvaux, 5590 Haversin.
Upon receipt and verification of the product, the refund will be issued within 7 to 10 working days to your original payment method.
