General conditions of sale
HaversEvents SRL, holder of the MISIA SKINCARE brand and the products sold under this brand, operates an e-commerce site accessible at www.misia-skincare.com.
The purpose of this site is to offer cosmetic products for sale (hereinafter referred to as “Products” or “Items”) exclusively to consumer and non-professional buyers.
Any purchase of items on the MISIA e-commerce site is subject to these General Conditions of Sale (“GCS”), which the Buyer declares to accept without reservation. These conditions have been in effect since September 15, 2025.
HaversEvents SRL is registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (BCE) under number 1008.715.965 (VAT BE1008.715.965). The head office is located at rue de Barvaux 171, 5590 Haversin, Belgium.
The Buyer, prior to placing an order, declares that they have full legal capacity to enter into a commitment under these General Conditions of Sale.
1. Order
The Buyer places their order on the MISIA site by following the procedure indicated. The automatic recording systems of MISIA are considered valid proof of the nature, content, and date of the order.
Confirmation of an online order constitutes an electronic signature, which holds the same legal value as a handwritten signature between MISIA and the Buyer.
The sale is only concluded upon confirmation of the order by MISIA.
This confirmation includes:

A summary of the order

The geographic address of MISIA, where the Buyer may present any claims

An invoice for the payment made, subject to acceptance of the banking transaction by the Buyer’s bank
MISIA reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever.
2. Price
Prices are quoted in euros, including VAT, and are valid only on the date the order is placed. Item prices may be changed by MISIA at any time. Only the price displayed on the MISIA website is valid between the parties.
3. Payment Methods
The Buyer may use the payment methods indicated at the time of placing the order.
Online payment allows the Buyer to pay for their order via the MOLLIE payment platform, in a secure environment. The order validated by the Buyer will only be considered final once the bank payment center has approved the transaction.
MISIA reserves the right to cancel or suspend any order and/or delivery in the event of:

Refusal of payment authorization by the Buyer’s bank

An existing commercial dispute with the Buyer
4. Availability
If an ordered item is unavailable, MISIA will inform the Customer by email. The Customer may choose to:

Keep the order while waiting for the product to become available

Receive a refund for the unavailable product

Receive a credit note equal to the price of the unavailable product
The Customer may indicate their choice by emailing info@misia-skincare.be.
Refunds will be credited to the Buyer’s bank account.
5. Costs, Delivery Times, and Terms
Delivery charges, if any, are indicated when the Buyer finalizes the order. These charges cannot be disputed, provided they were acknowledged at the time of payment.
Items are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer when placing the order.
The Buyer must check the packaging upon delivery and report any damage to MISIA (info@misia-skincare.be) within 24 hours of receipt.
6. Personal Data
The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with Belgian privacy law of December 8, 1992. Details are provided in the “Legal Notices” section of the site.
7. Compliance
The Buyer acknowledges having reviewed all information relating to the item before purchase and confirms that it meets their requirements.
8. Contractual Modifications
Any modifications to the GCVs become binding on the Buyer within 72 hours of being posted online.
9. Liability
The Buyer is informed that MISIA’s liability, regardless of the nature of the damage, is in any case limited to the amount of the order.
MISIA is not liable for non-performance or poor performance of the sales contract if it is attributable to:

The Buyer

Unforeseeable and insurmountable acts of a third party not involved in the sale

Force majeure
Furthermore, MISIA is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the products.
MISIA is not liable for site access interruptions or any consequences thereof, nor for any damage to the Buyer’s data or equipment during use or file transmission. In particular, MISIA is not responsible for possible virus transmission through the site.
MISIA cannot be held liable for fraudulent use of its distribution methods or for data theft resulting from intrusion into its computer systems, though reasonable measures are taken to prevent such intrusions.
External web spaces linked from http://www.misia-skincare.com are the sole responsibility of their respective owners.
10. Evidence Agreement
Computer logs maintained by MISIA’s systems are considered valid evidence between the parties (proof of orders, electronic communications, payments, etc.).
11. Indivisibility
If any provision of the T&Cs is invalidated, the other provisions remain fully applicable.
12. Complaints
Any complaint regarding an online purchase must be made within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise it will be inadmissible.
Complaints should be sent by email to info@misia-skincare.be including the item references and reasons for the complaint.
13. Withdrawal Period
The Buyer has five (5) working days to notify MISIA of their wish to withdraw, starting from the day of receipt. Notification may be made by letter or email.
Products must be returned at the Buyer’s expense, in their original packaging (bottles with dosing pumps must not have been used), within seven (7) days following notification, to:

If the 7-day period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
Upon compliance, MISIA will reimburse all amounts paid, including initial delivery costs (return shipping is the Buyer’s responsibility). If returns reduce the order below the free delivery threshold, the delivery costs will be deducted from the refund. Only items purchased online through the site are eligible.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
14. Applicable Law and Competent Courts
Any dispute regarding these terms will be governed by Belgian law, and the courts of the judicial district of Brussels will have jurisdiction.
